This service is concerned with fast exchange of mail correspondences (documents and goods) with some of the world countries. It is characterized with rapid transport, processing and distribution and security of circulated correspondences.

Weights and Dimensions
- Materials are accepted up o 20 Kg.
- Dimensions of mail material shouldn't exceed the following limits:
1.50 m for any dimension and 3 m for the sum of length and greater circumference taken opposite the length direction
Preparation and Packaging
Materials should be placed in a strong cover enough to protect their contents and resist impacts for fragile or perishable materials at the risk of sender. Cover shouldn't be of hard materials that may damage other materials.
The requirements of address writing on the express mail consignment should be complied with as to writing the address of consigner and consignee legibly and not writing the post office box number and address only as this is not sufficient. We should ensure the phone number of consignee to ensure fast delivery and the sender's phone number to ensure returning back if the mail material is to be returned.
Inquiries
- Inquiries of express mail are accepted within 120 days from the following day of deposition (dispatch).
- Enquiry data should be completed legibly particularly the addresses of consigner and consignee.
Compensation
Compensation for loss of express mail consignment is made according to the bilateral agreement between our department and the departments with which express mail agreements have been signed.
